I remember a time when the life of a landlord was simple, you had a property, you maintained it to an adequate standard, and you rented it out to a person who needed a property, simple.   There weren’t too many of us around, nobody had heard of the phrase ‘buy-to-let’ and on the whole the Government took the taxes that we paid them and left us alone.   Ok. Ok, I can hear you say ’I must be very old’!   Well, yes I am but the point is that life was simple then and unfortunately it is becoming increasingly difficult since the advent of EPC, Electrical Periodic reports & PAT testing, Landlords Gas certificates, Deposit Scheme, Health and Safety checks, and soon it seems that we are all going to have to be licensed, not just landlords of HMO’s but all residential landlords.

We are a rapidly expanding Letting Agent, in fact the only specialized Letting Agent in the area.  We are currently working with both Landlords who own just one small property to Landlords with large portfolios of many properties.   Each has their own specific needs and requirements and it is extremely important to us that we provide the type of service that each Landlord requires.
