Our Promise to our Tenants

We will do our best to find appropriate accommodation to suit your individual needs.   We only charge £30 for an individual and £50 for a couple to carry out reference checks, just fill in our simple application form, and we will do the rest.  

What we require from you.

1. A completed Application Form.  Which includes contact details for 2 references which should idealy be either a prevous Landlord or employer or a person who knows yoou in a proffesional capacity.
2. 2 forms of ID are required; this can be you Passport, Driving license or utility bill.
3. If you are aged under 25 we will require a Guarantor and charge £39 for the additional paperwork involved.
4. You are responsible for all utilities, Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, Phone and contents insurance to cover tenant liability.
5. All properties are available on a minimum of a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
6. Prior to releasing the keys of the property to you we will require 2 months rent in cleared funds. One month is your deposit and will be held in a Government approved fund and will be refunded to you in full on vacation of the property provided all utility bills are paid up to date and the premises are left in a clean and undamaged condition. The other month is your 1st months rent.

We reserve the right to remarket the property it the above requirements are not met.
