Established in 2008 by experienced landlord Elizabeth Paterson, the company was founded on integrity, discretion and commercial expertise. Drawing on more than three decades of business leadership, Lounge Lettings was built around a simple principle: that exceptional service, clear communication and meticulous attention to detail create lasting client relationships.
The business quickly gained recognition, receiving the NLA Women in Property Regional Award within its first year, followed by national finalist status in the National Landlord and Letting Awards. In 2015, Lounge Lettings was awarded the ESTAS Best in County Award for Gwynedd — voted for by both Landlords and Tenants — reflecting a reputation built on trust and consistent delivery.
