Lounge Letting Office
Lounge Letting is a specialised Residential Lettings business not a secondary business to Sales. We are a small team of 2 providing a flexible personalised service to our Landlords and Tenants.
A seasoned Landlord herself, Elizabeth Paterson set up Lounge Letting in 2008 to fulfil a long ambition of both living in beautiful Wales and running her own Lettings. After retiring from 35 years in business in the Midlands and an experienced Staff Nurse it seemed a perfect match. With a strong understanding of business and excellent communication skills, Residential Lettings draws on all of these skills and provides its own real challenges.
Less than a year after opening we were awarded the prestigious NLA Women in Property Regional Awards. Then only a year later we were thrilled to be voted as finalists in the National Landlord and Letting Awards.
In 2015 we were awarded the ESTAS best in county award for Gwynedd, Voted by Tenants and Landlord.
